Wow! That is quite a challenge list! I started the Bonhoeffer book a couple of years ago, and still aspire to finish it one day, therefore I keep it on my goodreads currently reading shelf. It was wonderfully done, I love Eric Metaxas, but man it was so much more thorough than I expected. I had to put it down for while. Big books plus slow reading can be overwhelming. But I've never heard a single negative thing about it. I'll finish it one day.
